Overview
In plain terms: MyAgency.ai collects only what's needed to run the app. We never sell your data. We never use your business data to train AI without your explicit consent. You stay in control at all times.
This Privacy Policy applies to the MyAgency.ai mobile and web application ("App"), operated by Sai Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. By installing or using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall and discontinue use.
This Policy covers all users — agency owners, team members, and administrators — who access MyAgency.ai on any supported device or platform.
How We Use Your Data
We use data only for the following defined purposes. We do not use your data for third-party advertising or profiling.
- ✓App Delivery: Providing all CRM features, AI agents, dashboards, and integrations as subscribed.
- ✓Account & Authentication: Managing logins, roles, permissions, and session security.
- ✓Billing & Subscriptions: Processing payments, generating invoices, and managing plan changes.
- ✓AI Agent Processing: Running your uploaded files through Magi, Mitu, and Chintu to generate your requested outputs.
- ✓App Improvement: Analysing anonymised usage data to fix bugs and build new features.
- ✓Security & Compliance: Detecting fraud, preventing unauthorised access, and meeting legal obligations.
- ✓Notifications: Sending security alerts, product updates, and (with consent) feature announcements via push or email.
AI Agent Data Processing
Core commitment: Files and text you submit to any AI agent are processed solely to produce your requested output. Your data is never used to train AI models without your explicit, separate opt-in consent.
Magi (Dashboard AI): Uploaded spreadsheets or CSVs are processed in a secure environment to generate charts and KPIs. Raw files are stored in your account and are inaccessible to any team member without your request.
Mitu (Document AI): PDFs and contracts are processed to extract key clauses and entities. Documents are handled in isolated environments and not retained beyond your session unless explicitly saved.
Chintu (Grammar AI): Text is processed in real-time for corrections and tone polish. Short inputs are not persistently stored. Saved outputs remain in your account under your control.
Retention: AI outputs you save stay in your account until deleted. Temporary processing data is purged automatically within 24 hours.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We share it only in the following limited circumstances.
- →Service Providers: Vetted sub-processors for cloud hosting, payments, and email delivery — bound by data processing agreements and accessing only the minimum data needed.
- →Within Your Organisation: Team members access data according to role-based permissions you configure. Admins control all access levels.
- →Legal Requirements: When required by applicable law, regulation, or a binding government order. We will notify you unless prohibited.
- →Business Transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, we will provide 30 days' notice before any data transfer takes effect.

Security
- 🔒Encryption in Transit: All data between the App and our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or higher.
- 🔒Encryption at Rest: All stored data — including documents and client records — is encrypted using AES-256.
- 🛡Access Controls: Role-based controls restrict internal access. Production data is accessible only to authorised personnel with a documented business need.
- 🛡Infrastructure: Hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified cloud infrastructure with 99.9% uptime SLA and automated failover.
- ✔Breach Response: In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by applicable regulations.
Your responsibility: Keep your login credentials secure. Enable two-factor authentication where available and never share account access with unauthorised individuals.

You can request early deletion at any time by emailing biz@myagenci.ai. Requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your Rights
We honour the following rights for all users, regardless of jurisdiction.
To exercise any right, email biz@myagenci.ai. We verify your identity and respond within 30 days. No fee applies unless the request is unfounded or excessive.
Third-Party Integrations
The App may connect to third-party services such as payment gateways, Google Ads, Meta, or communication tools. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services. Each integration is governed by a data processing agreement and accesses only the minimum data required. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your App settings.
Transparency: We notify account administrators at least 30 days before any new sub-processor begins handling your data. The full sub-processor list is available on request.
MyAgency.ai is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor's data has been collected, contact us immediately and we will delete it without delay.
Policy Updates & Contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. For material changes, we will notify you via email and an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
