Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Sai Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd., the company operating MyAgency.ai ("we", "our", or "the Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the MyAgency.ai web application, mobile application, and all associated AI agent services (collectively, the "Platform").

Users must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time with 14 days' prior notice via email or in-app notification; continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

MyAgency.ai grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your internal business operations. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You must not misuse the Platform by attempting to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data; uploading malicious code, spam, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights; reverse engineering, decompiling, or reproducing any part of the Platform's source code or underlying AI models; or reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercialising access to the Platform without prior written consent from the Company. All content generated by our AI agents (Magi, Mitu, and Chintu) belongs to your account, but you accept responsibility for verifying outputs before acting on them in a professional or legal context.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no pro-rata refunds are issued for partial months, except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' written notice. If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. In the event of a failed payment, your account may be suspended after a 7-day grace period during which we will attempt to contact you. Disputed charges must be raised within 30 days of the charge date by emailing biz@myagenci.ai.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we endeavour to maintain 99.9% uptime and security best practices, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs are probabilistic in nature and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in high-stakes decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sai Techno Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
